Job summary

Providence Medical Group in Spokane, WA, seeks a motivated Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join the Liver & Pancreas Clinic and Transplant Surgery Program. Qualifications

• One to two years of APP experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest and commitment to specialty surgery are encouraged to apply.
• Surgical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Primarily inpatient hospital rounding with selected clinic responsibilities.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patients in collaboration with transplant and hepatobiliary surgeons.
• Participate in complex specialty care involving liver disease, pancreatic disorders, transplantation, and surgical oncology.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, specialists, nurses, dietitians, and care coordinators.
