The Senior MSL is a field-based, scientific, and clinical expert who strategically supports the medical and scientific objectives of the program. Key aspects of this role will include engaging in peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals that translate into meaningful insight while serving as a therapeutic expert. In addition, the role may engage in peer‑to‑peer scientific and health economic discussions with relevant health care decision makers (HCDMs) and influencers within US public and private health care entities, including but not limited to managed care organizations (MCOs), specialty pharmacy providers (SPPs), pharmaceutical benefit managers (PBMs), integrated delivery networks (IDNs), designated centers, and other health care networks.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $200,000‑$220,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
