Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of verifiable agricultural or crop-production experience.
• Ability to operate agricultural and grounds-maintenance equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil and beds, clear weeds, till, fertilize, and plant crops.
• Monitor crops for pests and diseases; apply labeled fertilizers or pesticides as directed.
• Operate and maintain tractors, mowers, sprayers, and other farm equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; perform physically demanding farm tasks; assist irrigation.
