Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate comprehensive care in the Hemophilia Treatment Center. The role involves intake, ongoing monitoring, patient education, discharge planning, and community outreach in a high-profile specialty setting.

The RN will work with both adult and pediatric patients, require state licensure, and demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• RN license by state requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher; evidence of BSN within five years for entry-level applicants.
• Experience: 1 year RN; favorable to Hematology, Hemophilia, or Women’s Health.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Coordinate annual, semi-annual, episodic, and emergency care for bleeding disorder patients.
• Perform intakes for new patients and ongoing lifespan monitoring.
• Provide patient education, discharge teaching, and community outreach.
