Agios Pharmaceuticals in Nashville seeks a Hemolytic Anemia Sales Specialist to lead PKD awareness and drive earlier diagnosis. You will work to initiate PKD therapies and coordinate across marketing, medical affairs, and market access.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge, strong relationships with hematology/oncology providers, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory to achieve revenue objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in rare disease sales.
• Hematology/Oncology sales experience preferred.
• Experience launching rare disease therapies.
• Deep clinical knowledge including diagnostics and genetics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales operations.
• Knowledge of payer and clinical landscape in specialty/rare diseases.
• Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Established relationships with Hematology/Oncology HCPs in territory preferred.
• Prior experience launching rare disease products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Increase awareness of PKD and PKD patient diagnoses in the territory.
• Raise awareness and initiate treatment for Thalassemia with Aqvesme in adults.
• Develop an integrated geography plan with prioritization.
• Coordinate with field teams and marketing on objectives and communications.
• Build relationships with key customers and deepen hemolytic anemia market knowledge.
• Collaborate with regional medical affairs and market access for coordination.
• Drive performance to meet revenue targets while monitoring metrics.
• Foster compliant partnerships using approved corporate resources.
• Represent Agios professionally at meetings and conferences.
