Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue hemodialysis with pre/post assessments.
• Perform vascular access care and medications within scope.
• Enforce infection control and universal precautions.
• Develop individualized care plans and educate patients/families.
• Identify and manage acute dialysis-related complications.
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment and water treatment systems.
• Manage clinical inventory and keep an audit-ready workspace.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and staff.
• Assist onboarding and participate in CQI initiatives.
