Qualifications

• RN license and ADN required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• Prior hemodialysis experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record, monitoring therapeutic responses.
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and promptly address patient needs and requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps.
