Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Certified Hemodialysis Patient Care Technician for the Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center in Denver, CO.

The role supports the unit management team to achieve quality, patient satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence while delivering safe, age-appropriate patient care in compliance with regulations. Required are National Certification per CMS regulations and a valid CPR card, plus a High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years

Qualifications

• Must hold National Certification per CMS regulations.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years dialysis experience.
• Reprocessing experience including equipment repair and maintenance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support unit management in achieving quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support staff development and teamwork to improve employee satisfaction and culture.
• Deliver safe, effective age-specific patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed to support operations.

Overview

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Full-TimeCertified Hemodialysis Patient Care Technician to join the team at Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center located in Denver, CO. The Certified Hemodialysis Patient Care Technician is responsible for assisting and supporting the unit management team in achieving quality, patient satisfaction, staff development, business management as appropriate, teamwork, culture and employee satisfaction. Provides safe, effective delivery of age specific patient care in compliance with standards and regulations.

Position Requirements: Must hold and maintain National Certification , according to CMS regulations as well as a valid CPR card. Must hold High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two (2) years dialysis experience. Reprocessing experience, including equipment repair and maintenance desirable.
