Responsibilities

• Train technologists and students on bench procedures.
• Participate in external proficiency testing and continuing education.
• Identify and report problems impacting test performance or results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.
• Operate and maintain automated analyzers and related equipment.
• Document QC results and take corrective actions as needed.
• Handle specimen processing and report generation; ensure patient confidentiality.
• Follow SOPs and hospital/lab policies; communicate with supervisors as required.
