Job summary

MercyOne Waterloo Cancer Center, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a full-time physician to join the only comprehensive, accredited cancer program in the region. The role offers on-site radiation oncology, infusion services, and a multidisciplinary team supported by tumor boards, with strong commitment to patient care and research participation.

Compensation includes a $650K salary guarantee for two years, a $150K commencement bonus, a $15K relocation allowance, and robust benefits.

• Join the only comprehensive, accredited and multidisciplinary cancer treatment center in 10 counties
• Radiation oncology, radiation therapy, infusion clinic, pharmacy and pharmacist are all on-site
• Integrated oncology service participating in cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards
• Private Infusion Suites; 13-chair Infusion Center with chemo-certified nurses
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• The cancer center is part of 366-bed hospital covering 8 counties and approximately 280K residents
• Hospitalist team in place, hospitalist handles admissions
• CoC Accredited & NAPBC Accredited center
• H-1B cap exempt organization
• J-1 candidates accepted
