Job summary

North Country Healthcare seeks a Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time, outpatient-focused role in Lancaster, NH. This is an opportunity to grow cancer care in a rural health system within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

You will diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, participate in tumor boards, and contribute to quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with specialty in hematology/oncology.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.
• Completed accredited hematology/oncology fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care.
• Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives.
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in oncology call rotation as assigned.
