Job summary

Providence Swedish Cancer Institute in Edmonds, Washington, seeks a part-time Medical Oncologist (0.6 FTE) to join an established outpatient oncology team with strong multidisciplinary support.

You will provide comprehensive care for solid tumors and hematologic conditions, collaborate with infusion nurses, pharmacists, surgeons and researchers, and participate in oncology clinical trials and supportive services in a mission-driven environment.

Job description

Providence Swedish Cancer Institute (PSCI) is seeking a part-time Medical Oncologist to join our established oncology practice in Edmonds, Washington. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care to patients with a broad range of solid tumor malignancies and hematologic conditions. You will collaborate closely with an experienced team of medical oncologists, advanced practice professionals, infusion nurses, pharmacists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, social workers, and supportive care specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional cancer care.

Position Details:

• 0.6 FTE outpatient Medical Oncology position
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Established community oncology practice within Providence Swedish Cancer Institute
• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Access to infusion services, tumor boards, navigation, supportive care, genetic counseling, and survivorship resources
• Participation in clinical research and oncology clinical trials
• Seamless access to tertiary and quaternary oncology services throughout PSCI

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation between $240,000 and $276,000 annually for a 0.6 FTE position
• May include productivity, quality, call, and other applicable incentives
