Job summary

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH is seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematology-Oncology physician to join a growing, collaborative team. This 100% clinical, generalist role manages a broad range of solid tumor and hematologic referrals in a high-volume outpatient setting, with 36 patient-facing hours per week and 4 hours of admin time.

We welcome candidates requiring a J1 waiver or H1B sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited hematology oncology fellowship.
• BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology.
• Eligibility for NH medical licensure.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% clinical, general hematology-oncology care.
• Manage a broad range of solid tumor and hematologic referrals.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, radiology, pathology, and subspecialists.
• Maintain outpatient-focused practice with limited inpatient consults.
• Support work-life balance with flexible scheduling.
