CompHealth is seeking a Medical Director for a San Diego-based role, combining clinical and administrative duties. The position offers flexible hours Mon–Fri with full-time or part-time options and telemedicine as the primary care delivery mode, plus occasional in-home visits.

You will lead a team of Nurse Practitioners in a value-based care setting, focusing on symptom management and goals-of-care. Board-certification in palliative care or leadership experience is preferred, and we provide

• Medical Director role with 50% clinical and 50% administrative focus
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Full-time or part-time options; minimum 3 days per week commitment
• Care delivered primarily via telemedicine with some in-home visits
• Value-based care model providing support between traditional oncologist visits
• Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative setting
• Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care, and advance care planning
• Board-certified with palliative care or leadership experience preferred
