Starling Oncology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to join our Palmdale, California practice. This role offers high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with robust clinical support and leadership growth potential.

We provide an integrated care model that reduces administrative burden, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. Compensation starts at $500,000 plus incentives, with typical total cash around $650,000+,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting.
• Experience in a community-based oncology setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support.
• Practice at the top of your license within an integrated care model that reduces administrative burden.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaborations; contribute to clinical strategy and program development.
