Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology oncology care for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and non-malignant blood disorders.
• Partner with patients and families using a holistic, relationship-based approach that emphasizes understanding patient goals and priorities.
• Deliver clear, thorough education so patients can confidently understand their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
• Guide patients through the complex and evolving treatment landscape, including standard therapies and emerging options.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality initiatives, clinical program development, and continuous improvement efforts within PSCI.
• Contribute to a culture of collegiality, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
