Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Cancer Care is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist-Oncologist to join our Davenport and Clinton clinics. You will provide comprehensive cancer care within a physician-led team that values leadership, wellness, and work-life balance.

We offer a substantial guaranteed base with potential wRVU incentives, a $150,000 commencement bonus, relocation support, and a full benefits package including CME, loan forgiveness eligibility, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology.
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license in IA and IL.
• US work eligibility (J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care at Davenport and Clinton clinics.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and support teams to deliver patient-centered care.
