Jackson Physician Search is representing an established, non-profit hospital in Wisconsin seeking a BC/BE Oncologist to join their growing cancer team. This mostly clinical position includes some hospital work and a strong teaching component with six residency programs.

The role offers a four-day work week with a typical patient load of 14-20 between hematology and oncology, and a competitive compensation package including a $700,000 base salary (negotiable) and a $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BC/BE oncologist board eligibility and certification.
• Teaching opportunity with six residency programs.
• 4-day week with 14–20 patients daily across hematology and oncology.

Responsibilities

• Mostly clinical position with some hospital work.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer team including hematology/oncology, breast surgeons, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and colorectal surgeons.
