Job summary

CompHealth seeks a Hematology/Oncology physician in Bakersfield, CA to join a hospital-employed team within a reputable health system. You’ll work with two established physicians and a full cancer program, including infusion services, cancer navigators, and financial assistance.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with potential for a 4-day work week. We assist with salary negotiations, contract details, licenses, and interview coordination.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome.
• DEA license required.
• Hospital-employed position within a reputable health system.

Responsibilities

• Join a Hematology/Oncology team with two physicians and a full cancer care team.
• Collaborate with Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and APPs.
• Provide cancer patient care at a comprehensive cancer center with infusion services.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including cancer navigators and financial services.
