Location: Torrington, CT

About the Cancer Institute:

The Cancer Institute coordinates all aspects of cancer care, research, and education across seven acute care hospitals and associated ambulatory sites of care. It is one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in New England with over 1,000 providers.

Multi-disciplinary care is led through Disease Management Teams (DMT), which bring together medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists with pathology, nursing, pharmacy, and other allied health professionals. The Oncology Service Line and DMT work to standardize care and practices across the system.
