Providence Medical Group in Southwest Washington is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a cohesive team of caregivers within the Providence Regional Cancer System. The position emphasizes outpatient care with minimal inpatient coverage, four clinic days per week plus one non-clinical day, and a collaborative, equitable workload.

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join our cohesive group of caregivers within the Providence Regional Cancer System. We are getting ready to do a multi-million dollar build to our center. This established and reputable set of cancer care clinics provides comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the South Puget Sound, a five-county catchment area with 500,000 people. Key Highlights:

• Schedule: 4 clinic days per week plus one day without clinical duties

• Care Setting: Primarily outpatient care with minimal shared call and inpatient coverage, which is largely consultative

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is between $484,514 and $679,924 per year

• Compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position

• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement

• Additional Benefits: Providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region.
