AMN Healthcare is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support in Michigan. Start ASAP with shifts and on-call duties; case mix is split 50% hematology and 50% oncology for adult and geriatric patients. Credentialing takes 90–120 days; BLS, board certification, and Michigan license required; EPIC EMR in use. AMN arranges travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance for contractors.

Competenze

• Board certification and an active Michigan medical license are required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred for charting and documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide hematology-oncology care in clinic, outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Manage a 50/50 mix of hematology and oncology cases for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Handle inpatient malignant hematology cases as needed and participate in rounds.

Hematology - Oncology Physician

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10; On Call Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some call
• Practice Setting: Clinic, Outpatient, Inpatient
• Type of cases: 50% hematology and 50% oncology, Adult and Geriatric patients
• Must be comfortable doing Malignant Hematology (inpatient)
• Credentialing Timeframe:90-120 days, temporary privileges are available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), must be Board certified and have an active Michigan license required
