Accolades Physician Resources seeks a Hematology-Oncology physician in Michigan for a hospital-employed, multidisciplinary cancer center role. The position emphasizes high-touch, high-tech care with a focus on outpatient management and meaningful inpatient rounding.

The successful candidate will join 3 other Hem/Onc physicians plus a full-time Hematologist, with a dedicated MA and clinic RN per provider and access to on-site breast health services and MD Anderson curbside consults.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Michigan medical license.
• H1B sponsorship accepted for Fellows.

Responsibilities

• 80% outpatient (approx. 25 pts/day) and 20% inpatient rounding (5–10 pts/day).
• Full-scope Hematology/Oncology (70% solid tumors / 30% hematology).
• Join a team of 3 Hem/Onc physicians and 1 full-time Hematologist.
• Shared call schedule; no weekend duties.

ROLE

• 80% outpatient (25 pts/day) / 20% inpatient (Inpatient rounding avg 5-10 pts/day)
• Scope: Full-scope Hematology/Oncology (70% solid tumor / 30% Hematology)
• Join 3 Hem/Onc physicians, 1 full-time Hematologist
• Schedule: Shared call; no weekends
• Team: Dedicated MA and clinic RN per provider + 2 inpatient NPs
• Breast health center and supportive services onsite + peer-to-peer MD Anderson curbside consult access
• Radiation oncology with Elekta Versa HD, Brainlab/Exactrac, Xofigo & Brachytherapy
• 26-bed inpatient oncology unit
• Outpatient infusion therapy center

PACKAGE

• Salary: $525,000-$625,000 (guaranteed first 2 years) + Productivity
• $50,000 sign-on bonus + Loan repay/stipend + $15k Relocation
