• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology services in a clinic setting with no call required
• Shift times are 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break, totaling 8 hours per day

• 12-14 patient encounters per shift in outpatient clinic environment
• Oncology clinic attached to chemo treatment center and hospital
• Credentialing timeframe estimated at 60 days
