• Provide comprehensive clinical management for benign hematologic conditions with evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Deliver cancer survivorship care, including surveillance for recurrence and management of long-term effects.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, social work, survivorship services, and other specialty teams.
