The APP will perform histories, exams, and procedures under credentialing guidelines. Responsibilities include patient education, regulatory compliance, and participation in research as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical care for patient population according to established protocols and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate and confidential medical records in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Performs histories, physical exams, and procedures in accordance with credentialing.
• Collaborates with MDs and other team members to coordinate multi-specialty cancer care.
• Educates patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and preventative care.
