Job summary

Connecticut Oncology Group in Middletown, CT seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join its hematology/oncology team in outpatient, collaborative care. You will work with physicians to provide cancer care, evaluating patients, following up, managing symptoms, and coordinating treatment in a patient-centered setting.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years NP experience; oncology background preferred. This full-time, 4-day workweek role offers no weekends, holidays, or on-call and a strong emphasis on continuity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of NP experience required.
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or NP preferred.
• Board Certification: NP-C.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive cancer care, supporting patient evaluations, follow‑up visits, symptom management, and ongoing treatment coordination.
• Provide outpatient, collaborative care in a team-based environment.
