Mayo Clinic in Surprise, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support seamless transitions of care. You will work within a renowned nursing model and lead through collaboration and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a baccalaureate nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of Hematology/Oncology RN experience.

Formación

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program; if not ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited, at least one year RN experience or one year LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is required.
• All entry-level RN with start date after Apr 1, 2020 must provide documented evidence of baccalaureate degree within five years.
• One year of RN Hematology/Oncology inpatient or outpatient experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients, including direct patient care and family education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and through transitions of care.
• Lead within Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and participate in quality improvement.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, acuity, and resources.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration, with involvement in committees if needed.
