Join a respected, physician-led oncology group delivering high-quality, value-based care to adults and seniors across Florida.
This practice offers flexible schedules (3.5, 4, or 5 days), no weekday calls, light 1:4 weekend coverage, and most physicians finish by 2:30 pm.
Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary, quarterly productivity bonuses based on wRVU production, comprehensive benefits, a partnership track after two years, and no upfront buy-in.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
- Florida license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
