Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure as a pharmacist in Illinois or eligibility.
• Experience in hematology/oncology pharmacotherapy.
• Knowledge of chemotherapy and cellular therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology/SCT pharmacotherapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Develop patient education materials with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in oncology/hematology and SCT committee activities.
• Offer education to care teams on safe chemotherapy practices.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and outcomes research.
