Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience.
• Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
• Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty; Certification/licensure in the State of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
• Federal DEA Certification
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology Fellowship

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology and medical oncology clinical care.
• Join UF Health North and UF Health St. Johns teams in Florida to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in teaching and potential research opportunities.
