Job summary

Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the Department of Hematology. You will review medical records, assist with patient consent, and help extract and track data longitudinally through therapy.

Data quality control, monitoring visits, recruitment, and biospecimen collection are also part of the role. You will compile data for manuscripts and presentations and coordinate with collaborators to ensure high-quality data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences or medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to support Principal Investigators.
• Assist with patient consent and data extraction.
• Track patients longitudinally through therapy and enter data.
• Coordinate data quality control and monitoring visits.
• Query resolution and recruitment for studies.
• Prepare research data for manuscripts and presentations.
• Communicate with collaborators to obtain quality data.
