Astera Cancer Care is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist in Toms River, NJ. This physician-owned practice delivers coordinated cancer care across hematology and medical oncology with access to clinical trials and a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide comprehensive patient care at affiliated centers, support collaboration with surgical and radiation oncology colleagues, and participate in innovative treatment plans within a community oncology setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board certification BE/BC preferred or expected.
• Fellows encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Treat hematology and medical oncology patients.
• Provide coverage at Community Medical Center and Ocean University Medical Center.
• Collaborate with radiation oncology, breast surgery, palliative care, and clinical research teams.
• Engage in clinical trials and research programs.
