Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join a leading community health system in Findlay, Ohio. The role offers a $550K-$650K base with a 4-day clinical schedule and 1 remote admin day, plus strong physician support and loan/relocation assistance.

The practice features 50/50 hematology/oncology work, dedicated RN/MA per physician and 2 NPs, with access to a broad network and potential for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Eligible for an Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care with high autonomy in Findlay, OH.
• Share approximately 50% hematology and 50% oncology patient mix.
• Clinic 4 days per week with 1 remote administrative day.
• Collaborate with a care team including RN, MA, and NPs; support clinical trials.
