Job summary

Montgomery College is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join a dedicated team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This is an outpatient practice where the physician will see 80–90 patients daily, overseeing treatment including chemotherapy and clinical trials.

The position offers an attractive salary of $615,986, loan repayment assistance, health benefits, and a relocation allowance. Ideal candidates will hold an MD or DO and be board certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM; referral‑based outpatient practice.
• See 80–90 patients per day, with each physician averaging 18–20 patients.
• Oversee infusion orders for patients.
• Call schedule: one day per work week and one weekend (Friday–Sunday) per month.

Practice Details

• Join a group of 4 Hematologist/Medical Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Treat cancers including bone, brain, breast, colon, lung, leukemia, prostate, and skin.
• Offer advanced research, biological drug therapy, chemotherapy, clinical trials, immunotherapy, and hematology.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $615,986 plus productivity.
• Aggressive loan repayment: reimbursement up to $42,000 per year.
