A healthcare staffing organization is seeking a Hematology-Oncologist to join a compassionate team in Sarasota. This role involves providing exceptional care to cancer patients and managing treatments. The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO and board certification in oncology, along with over 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include a full-time schedule with weekend hospital coverage and managing 20 patients daily. Attractive compensation at $400,000+ along with comprehensive health benefits and significant PTO is offered.

• Deep understanding of the treatment and management of cancer patients.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday through Friday from 8 to 5.
• Cover 5 local hospitals once every 3 weeks on the weekend.
• Maintain a patient load of 20 patients per day.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Oncology.
• At least 5 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
