Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join our Minnesota team. The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) with completion of an ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship and BE/BC with ABMS or AOA.

An active MN medical license and MN DEA/NPI credentials are expected, with BLS certification within 180 days of hire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, participate in peer review and quality assurance, and apply quality improvement tools to enhance patient

Qualifications

• ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship completed.
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA certification required.
• Active MN medical license required.
• MN DEA, NPI credentials desired.
• Credentialing and hospital privileges eligibility needed.
• BLS certification within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship training program required.
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges.
• BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
