Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruiting is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a leading non-profit hospital located 45 minutes outside of Boston. The position offers a competitive salary between $375,000 and $425,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Join a dedicated team of 5 MDs and 2 NPs in a hospital with a busy infusion service, providing excellent support for both outpatient and inpatient care. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with a major academic tertiary center.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist.
• Experience in an outpatient setting with inpatient responsibilities.
• Clinical background to provide comprehensive cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient services while managing inpatient care.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities with colleagues.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient management.

Clinical Role: Hematologist / Oncologist

• Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist
• Outpatient with Inpatient Responsibilities
• Hospital Employed Position
• Busy Infusion Service
• Group Size: 5MDs, 2 NPs
• Schedule: 4 Days per week
• Census: 15-18 per day (2 Inpatient Consults during call)
• Call Responsibilities: Shared Call
• EMR: Epic
• On-Site Radiation Oncology with State-of-the-Art linear accelerator/SRS
• Longstanding independent member of ECOG/ACRIN
• Excellent pathology and surgical subspecialty support
• Clinical affiliation with major Harvard academic tertiary center
