Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a physician-owned cancer center in Iowa to recruit a Hematology/Oncology physician. You will have clinical autonomy, physician leadership, and pathways to ownership within a supportive, growth-focused practice.

You will join a team of 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians with APP support, manage a patient volume and access on-site infusion, imaging, laboratory, and radiation oncology services.

Organization/Practice Details:

• Join a respected team of 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians supported by experienced APPs
• Manage a patient volume of 12-16 patients per day with the ability to build the practice you want
• Fully integrated cancer center with on-site infusion, laboratory, imaging, and radiation oncology services
• QOPI-certified practice recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
• Enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy with the freedom to practice medicine based on what you believe is best for your patients

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary guarantee plus shareholder opportunity after year one, with proven earning of $850,000+ (90th percentile MGMA)
