Job summary

Kettering Health in Southwest Ohio is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Cancer Care program. You will work with 22 Hem/Onc physicians across a multidisciplinary service line, with APPs, pharmacists, fellows, and nurse navigators.

The position features 4 clinic days plus one protected administrative day, strong patient demand, dedicated tumor boards, an on-site cyclotron, Epic EMR, and access to clinical trials.

• BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist (certified or eligible).

Responsibilities

• 4 clinic days + 1 protected administrative day.
• Established patient demand with potential for quick ramp-up.
• Support from APPs, pharmacists, fellows, nurse navigators, and other oncology professionals.
• Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards.
• CoC-accredited cancer centers.
• Epic EMR with 65 infusion bays.
• Access to clinical trials, interventional oncology, and an on-site cyclotron.
• Collaborative physician and dyad leadership structure.

Compensation + Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity
• Monthly productivity payments + annual quality incentive
