Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking a dependable Helper / Stocker to support branch delivery operations. You will assist with the safe handling of building materials from the warehouse to the delivery site and help with unloading and staging at jobsites.

You must be able to lift up to 250 lbs with assistance, stand, climb, reach, bend and twist, and follow all safety rules. Training and certification to operate a forklift may be provided; prior forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 250 lbs) with assistance.
• Willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend and twist throughout shift.
• Basic knowledge of building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe handling of building materials from warehouse to delivery site.
• Distribute and place materials as indicated on orders.
• Verify quantities and types of materials transported to/from delivery site.
• Ensure delivered products are neatly staged and presentable.
• Help unload and stage materials at jobsites and coordinate with drivers.

The Helper / Stocker provides delivery support to the ABC Supply Interiors branch location.
