Job description

Coleman Worldwide Moving is recruiting loaders, packers, movers, and warehouse personnel for its service centers. The role offers an active summer job for college students and a long‑term opportunity for those interested in a career in moving and storage.

Minimum employment age: 17

Essential Functions and Duties
  • Wrap household goods for transit
  • Perform packing jobs as necessary
  • Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle
  • Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce
  • Conduct pre‑trip inspections with drivers of all aspects of equipment, including truck interior, straps and tensioners, walk‑boards, etc.
  • Complete household goods inventory
  • Perform ancillary warehouse work as required
  • Execute other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate
  • Strong communication skills
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Real ID, Complaint ID, or driver’s license (preferred)
Working Conditions
  • Indoor and outdoor work environments
  • Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent squatting, bending, and stair use

Eligibility: Must be a summer seasonal associate employed as a helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other operational service‑center position. Must be enrolled in school for the current fall semester and work full time through the scheduled season. Supervisor acknowledgement of good performance and attendance is required.
