Job summary

CARING TRANSITIONS PALM HARBOR is seeking a dynamic team member to assist with our senior relocation services. This role involves packing household goods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and helping load trucks to move belongings safely.

You will work indoors and outdoors, may travel locally within Pinellas, Hillsborough and surrounding counties. A high school diploma or GED is required, and reliable transportation plus a background check are mandatory.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wrap household goods for transit.
• Perform packing jobs as necessary.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Assist loading trucks/containers for interstate movement.
• Pre-trip inspections alongside drivers of equipment (truck interior, straps, tensioners, walk-boards, etc.).
• Perform work at warehouse as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pre-trip inspections alongside drivers of all aspects of equipment including truck interior, straps and tensioners, walk-boards,etc.
