United Parcel Service, Inc. in California is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, and foster strong team collaboration.

This seasonal role offers hands-on leadership, training responsibilities, and opportunities to advance within a Fortune Global 500 company; candidates should be able to lift heavy items and work flexible shifts.

Formación

• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days/week.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.

• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
