Job summary

UPS in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. This role supervises training, develops staff, and ensures adherence to safety policies while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and the candidate should be able to work flexible shifts. Responsibilities include coordinating with management and customers, optimizing resources, and fostering a collaborative team

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.

Responsibilities
