Help Desk Technician (Onsite - Whittier, CA)

Temporary Assignment/Strong possibility of Temp to Hire

Pay: $34 to 40 per hour DOE

We’re hiring a Help Desk Technician for a temporary onsite role with a company located in Whittier. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Windows and Office 365 experience looking to support end users in a fast-paced, hands-on IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tech support for computers, phones, printers, routers, switches, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
  • Install and upgrade equipment, software, and systems
  • Support Office 365, Windows, and network access rights
  • Maintain system records, backups, and asset inventory
  • Assist users and train on basic IT tools
  • Monitor and respond to incoming help desk requests

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in IT support or help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
  • Hands-on experience with hardware setup, network support, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid CA Driver’s License

Work Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Some physical activity required (e.g., bending, reaching, standing)
  • May be required to respond to after-hours support needs

Local candidates only – must be able to work onsite in Whittier, CA.
