Overview

Tech Support Specialist – Onsite in Downtown Austin, TX

Compensation and Location
  • Starting Pay: $20.31/hour (increases to $21.60/hour after 7 months)
  • Location: Fully onsite in downtown Austin, TX
  • Schedule: 40-hour/week contract role with potential for extension or full-time conversion
  • You’ll have two consecutive days off (e.g., Tues/Wed, Wed/Thu, Thurs/Fri)

Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and web-based troubleshooting support for retail locations across the country.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues independently.
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to customers.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of tech support/troubleshooting experience.
