ReNEW Schools is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support staff, students, and parents across secondary schools. Responsibilities include coordinating student-led helpdesks, handling Tier 2 troubleshooting, and maintaining device services.
The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and familiarity with classroom technology such as projectors and wireless displays. Training and ongoing professional growth are encouraged within the Information Services team.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Student Led Helpdesks in the Secondary Schools, general tech support to staff, students and parent,and technical support and repair of District NPL devices
