Job summary

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks a Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Specialist to administer Microsoft 365 E5/G5 security and compliance capabilities, including data protection and cloud security controls. Responsibilities include managing identity protection and cloud security policies in Microsoft 365 GCC, configuring Purview DLP rules, and monitoring compliance alerts.

• 5 years administering Microsoft 365 E5/G5 security and compliance workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Entra ID security controls.
• Experience implementing and managing security policies in cloud environments.
• Security+ certification.
• Ability to perform overlapping cybersecurity functions in federal IT compliance environments (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust).

Preferred qualifications

Citizenship and background investigation

• U.S. citizenship is required for personnel assigned to this contract.
• A role-appropriate, favorably adjudicated background investigation is required before work begins unless the Contracting Officer approves otherwise in writing; most roles require Tier 2.
