Job summary

STI in Kentucky seeks an IT technician to independently install, maintain, configure, upgrade and administer hardware and software across workstations, networks, servers, business continuity, information security, telecommunications and SAN administration.

You will diagnose, analyze and resolve issues for customers across multiple technology domains; show strong experience supporting Windows 11; work with file servers, Active Directory and GPO settings; possess proficiency in operating systems

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Windows 11.
• Experience with file server management, Active Directory, GPO settings.
• Very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO settings.
• Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Experience with the Service Now IT service management application.

Responsibilities

• Independently installs, maintains, configures, upgrades, and administers hardware and/or software in areas such as workstation support, network administration, server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications and network connectivity, and SAN administration, following provided directions.
